RHYTHME holds the honest version of your company: gaps, findings, incidents and unfinished work. The platform is built so that the right audience sees the right slice, and no more.
Workspace isolation
Every record carries a workspace key and row-level policies are enforced in the database itself. A member of one workspace can never read another workspace's rows, even through the API.
Role-based writes
Owners, admins, executives, workstream owners and contributors can write. Advisors, board observers, investor guests and auditors are read-only by design. Deletion is limited to owners and admins.
Audience control on evidence
Each evidence item carries a sensitivity: internal, advisor, board or investor-approved. Nothing reaches an investor room until it is explicitly approved and published.
Audit trail and expiring access
Sensitive actions are appended to an immutable audit trail. Investor access grants are time-bound, can require NDA acceptance, and can be revoked instantly.
What RHYTHME does not do
- It does not certify your company or issue compliance attestations.
- It does not provide legal, accounting or investment advice.
- It does not broker capital, host a cap table, or predict funding success.
